Questions
Can you guarantee I show up in the top three on the map?
No, and no one honestly can. Google ranks the map on how close the searcher is, how well your listing matches what they typed, and how well known your business is. We get every part you control right.
Do I need a website first?
No, a listing works without one. It works better with one: Google reads your site to understand what you do, and many customers check the site before they call.
What if someone else already claimed my listing?
We help you request ownership through Google. The current owner gets a few days to answer, and if they do not, you can usually claim it yourself. Either way it ends up in your name.
How long until it shows on the map?
Google verifies a new listing before it shows, by video, phone, text or email, and that can take from a few days to a couple of weeks. After that, changes usually show within a few days.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, address or service area, phone, hours, services and a handful of good photos. You also need to be there for the verification step, since Google sends it to you, not to us.
